PhotoFiltre очень проста в использовании,для только начавших работать с графикой не составит совершенно никакого труда начать создавать и обрабатывать изображения.
Имеет стандартные функции регулирования (Яркость, контраст, окрашенность, насыщенность, гамма исправление) и также артистические фильтры (акварель, пастели, индийские чернила, пуантилизм, эффект загадки). Плюс ко всему этому больше 100 различных фильтров,плагинов,шаблонов и тд.
В жадности к простым юзверям не замечена :D

Copy the contents of the zip file into the installation directory of PhotoFiltre. Place them in the same directory as the PhotoFiltre.exe program. PhotoFiltre will use the first PLG (language file) it finds in alphabetical order.
