WinPatrol PLUS version 9.0.0.0 по "устаревшей" ссылке

запустил (Chek for new WinPatrol version), получилось следуещее:

Точно, ты прав. Просто у меня была "Error 403 Forbidden" when trying to download WinPatrol setup program,
после которой как раз и рекомендуется:
