Repair: FreeArc's arc/wrc

PeaZip может упаковывать файлы в следующие форматы архивов: 7z, FreeArc's arc/wrc, sfx (7z and arc), bz2, gz, paq/lpaq, pea, quad/balz, split, tar, upx, zip, а также открывать все часто используемые форматы архивов. Кроме того, программа позволяет извлекать содержимое ISO-образов дисков, дистрибутивов программ, созданных при помощи приложения Nullsoft Install System (NSIS), и извлекать файлы сжатых HTML-справок (CHM). При создании архива можно выбирать разные параметры архивации, доступные для того или иного типа архива(для ZIP можно устанавливать уровень и метод сжатия, пароль на открытие архива и способ создания - новый архив или обновление существующего). PeaZip может разбивать большие файлы на равные части определенного размера и собирать их обратно в исходный файл.

some fixes for Windows 9x systems; please note that some of the backend application may not run properly on Windows 9x, and the frontend too may behave unexpectedly on some configurations since it is not possible to test it on many different 9x machines.

p7zip backend updated to 9.04 (Linux)
tightened sanitization of input strings in PeaZip GUI, as security fix against a class of possible attacks based on code injection (ref: http://secunia.com/advisories/35352/ http://milw0rm.com/exploits/8881 original submission: http://retrogod.altervista.org/). To attack previos releases an attacker could build archives containing objects with nonvalid filenames, containing concatenated commands in the filename "hidden" to the user by making the filename very long with spaces to trick users in non reading the latter part of the name. If unaware users had downloaded such archive and doubleclicked or otherwise opened the archived file entry containing the concatenated command, would have put in execution the command (with current user rights). Fixes:

reserved file names
unusual spacing (5 consecutive or more, like in 7-Zip GUI), as may be intended to trick user hiding real filename
