This update contains many improvements and a few small fixes.
Firstly, this version contains the new advanced registry cleaning engine from RegSupreme. However, the jv16 PowerTools 1.4.1's registry cleaner has some features RegSupreme doesn't, for example the ability to show ignored entries and to ignore entries right from the program. Also, the 1.4.1's registry cleaner can be fully used from the command line and it also allows you to ignore the entries that would be automatically recreated after removal (so called MRU entries).
Also, the new version contains small improvements to the program's user interface making it more easier to use.

The list of the main changes is the following.
Added a new tool called Software Manager which combines the features of the Registry Manager's Installed Software list and the Add/Remove list. The Software Manager also contains the so called Custom Remove Software feature which was present in the jv16 PowerTools 1.4.1
Added a new tool called File Organizer allows you to organize hundreds of files to their own subdirectories.
Enhanced the Duplicate Finder in a way it can now also search for semi-duplicate files. You can define if you wish to find files with 100% identical contents as before, but also files with for example 90% identical contents. This feature was designed for finding duplicate files from movie, picture or music collections where the contents might not always be 100% identical.
Added a feature called Preference Saving to Registry Cleaner, Registry Finder, Registry Find and Replace, File Finder, File Cleaner and Duplicate Finder. The feature allows you to save your current settings and later quickly load them back, this helps you if you are doing many similar searches e.g. with the File Finder in a row.
The age and comment systems are now back in the jv16 PowerTools. The age system allows you to easily see which items have been added since you last used the program, the comment system allows you to write comments on each item.
Added support for registry key abbreviation. If you want, you can see the registry paths of e.g. the Registry Cleaner in their full form (e.g. "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\") in a compact form (e.g. "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\") or in a short form (e.g. "HKCU\Soft\MSoft\Win\".
All the main windows are now resizable
Added new simpler ways to remove files with the Automation Tool
Improved the text wrapping of the Main Window and its hints
Fixed a bug that could have caused the product to prompt for updating of the file cache every time you started the program
Fixed many memory leak problems, most in the Artificial Intelligence engine
Fixed a performance issue from the File Tool. It extracted the required information (e.g. the file dates or checksums) all over again for the same files, now it only extracts the required information once per file. This issue could have caused problems only if you were working with very large files.
Fixed a rather large bug from the File Cleaner which caused it not to find all the files the users wanted it to find. The problem affected only the finding of Unneeded files, all the other parts of the tool were working correctly.
Fixed a bug from the File Tool that caused it to calculate incorrect MD5 checksums. The calculated MD5 checksums were in fact CRC-32 checksums. The SHA1 calculations worked correctly.

- Fixed the bug from the Registry Manager which caused the tool not to always automatically show the list of the Starting Programs if its network feature was enabled. This bug was reported to be fixed also with the last update but the fix didn't actually work.

The new version contains the following changes.
• Changed the message shown after using the Fix button of the Registry Cleaner to also say that the items that were not fixed were removed. This was rather unclear before.
• Fixed a bug from the History/MRU Cleaner, the tool was unable to remove the Windows Open/Save MRU items. The tool reported it removed the items but they were not in fact removed.
• Fixed a bug from the comment writing feature which prevented you to write comments on certain items.
• Fixed hopefully the very last bug from the sorting system. The sorting would not work on certain circumstances, the bug occurred only in very few systems and only in some parts of the product at a time.
• Made minor user interface improvements to the Mass File Renamer and fixed one bug from it. The bug caused the tool to hang on certain settings of its Find and Replace feature.
• Improved the user interface of the Start Menu Fixer. It will now have different icons on different types of messages. This will make it more clear to see whether the question is about deleting the shortcut or only modifying it.
• Added minor safety improvements to the registry cleaner engine, nothing serious.
• Added a new Greek translation and updated Polish and Danish translations. A Finnish and Dutch translations are also under work and should be included soon...

• Improved the backup queries of the product. The dialog asking whether you wish to create a backup or not now also supports aborting the operation. Also the dialog asking the name of the backup supports the aborting of the operation, these improvements should greatly decrease the risk of users deleting something by accident.
• Improved the Merge feature of the File Tool. The feature now uses File Organizer's pattern recognition features to guess what could be the name of the combined files. For example, if you try to combine sunset1.mpg, sunset2.mpg and sunset3.mpg it will suggest "sunset.mpg" as the new file name. This improvement is very handy if use the feature often. The feature also now shows a dialog box when the operation is done.
• Fixed a minor interface bug from the File Cleaner. The tool would start if you pressed enter on the Ignore List section, this made it rather difficult to add many ignore words to the list.
• Fixed a minor bug from the Software Manager, the Remove option didn't work if you selected it from the right-click menu. The Remove button worked correctly, only the right-click menu item didn't perform any action.
• Improved the History/MRU cleaner to be 100% customizable. Basically, it means that you can add support to new software by yourself, i.e. teach the History/MRU Cleaner how to clean the history of your favourite applications, and also remove applications from the feature's list. You can do this by modifying the files under \Settings\HistoryCleaner. There is a readme.txt with more information. A graphical editor for the feature will also be included in the future.
• Added a Dutch and Finnish translations and an updated Spanish translation.
• Made minor improvements to the Handbook.
