Правда, раз на раз не срабатывает

Есть несколько нюансов, о которых стоит упомянуть.
1. Установка. Чтобы программа могла установиться, необходимо, чтобы серверная часть всегда ставилась с путем по-умолчанию(т.е. на диск С:\Program Files\Tools4ever\MonitorMagic). Иначе в последствии вы не сможете собирать информацию с клиентов. Видимо, путь к базе жестко прописан. Чтобы смог установиться клиент, необходимо на клиентском компьютере автоматический запуск двух сервисов - Messenger и Remote Registry.
2. При создании отчетов, не всегда при явном указании имени компьютера генерируется отчет.
