Features:
-open using volume hardware buttons if running in background
-to change volume use the + / - buttons or swipe with your finger
-use scroll wheel to change volume
-switch between phone and ringer volume
-basic skinning support
-two skins included: default and touch (I created the touch skin myself and I know it sucks )
-default skin - set to vibrate by pressing the middle button
-default skin - set to mute by pressing and holding the middle button for 2 seconds
-default skin - close the app by pressing the upper right corner
-touch skin - dedicated mute / vibrate buttons
-customizable settings - see settings.ini
-VGA support
