Русификатор предназначен только для Windows 2000/XP. В Windows 9x/ME русифицированные программы работать не будут. 
 
Никаких "кряков" (равно как и вирусов) в русификаторе нет, поэтому по вопросу слетевших регистраций и взлома DLL к автору не обращаться.
